To help you get the most out of your meeting, we have devised two meeting packages. Needless to say, though, we’re happy to discuss the particular needs and wishes you might have for your meeting. That one specific snack or meaningful meal, or that odd yet effective seating arrangement? The possibilities are endless. (Well… nearly.) Whether or not you’re staying the night at our hotel, the doors to our meeting spaces are open!
Are you thinking of organising a small meeting in our library, perhaps with a snack on the side? Ask about options and prices at the front desk. (Simply snuggling up on the couch with a book is free of charge, of course!)
In De Leerlooierij (‘The Tannery’, 10m x 5m), there are plenty of setups to choose from. Perhaps a U-shape or a hollow square? Or does theatre or classroom style work well for you? We will arrange everything according to your wishes. Conveniently, this room’s chairs can be stacked. So in case you need a few more, they’re always at hand.
This room’s max. capacity is 16-20 guests, depending on setup. In times of social distancing, this room can fit max. 10 guests.
Regardless of the type of meeting, you can count on basic facilities like fast WiFi, a flip chart with markers, a digital screen and beamer. If you need other AV equipment, let us know and we’ll take care of it.
De Houtzagerij (‘The Sawmill’, 10m x 4m) is somewhat smaller than its bigger sister. Somewhat cosier and more luxurious, too: you’ll find spacious oak tables with colourful, super soft but ergonomically sound chairs gathered round. Set up as a hollow square, this room holds up to 16 guests. Set up in conference style (one long table), it holds 18 guests.
Whichever setup you choose, fast WiFi, a flip chart with markers, a digital screen and beamer will be at your disposal. We can also arrange to hire other AV equipment for you.
